This suit was instituted by the named plaintiff as a class action against the Governor, the Secretary of State, the Attorney General of Mississippi, and the Circuit Clerks, State Board of Election Commissioners, County Executive Committee and all officials having duties and responsibilities with respect to the execution of election laws in the state of Mississippi. The named plaintiff arrived in Jackson and became a resident citizen on September 26, 1971...
