Gascon, Sr., as petitioner, against the State of Louisiana through the Department of Public Safety, General David Wade, the Director of State Police, and Captain Coleman Vidrine of the State Police, wherein the petitioner seeks damages for the alleged illegal destruction of some 55 slot machines.
