PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with persuading a female person to become a prostitute contrary to MCLA 750.455; MSA 28.710. A jury found him guilty of that charge on June 16, 1961, and defendant was sentenced to a term of 5 to 20 years imprisonment. This Court granted leave to appeal on October 29, 1971.
