The present lawsuit arises out of a dispute between neighboring property owners. Plaintiff-appellant is the owner of the Eldorado Plantation which lies geographically to the north of the Kenmore Plantation which is owned by the defendant-appellee. Plaintiff filed suit, in the 18th Judicial District Court, seeking an injunction prohibiting the defendant from obstructing the natural drainage from Eldorado Plantation to Kenmore Plantation and for damages...
