In this suit the plaintiff, Louis F. Maggio, seeks to recover property damages to his 1967 model Ford Galaxie automobile in the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-one and 72/100 ($1,281.72) Dollars from the defendant, Parish of East Baton Rouge. On May 11, 1969 plaintiff's minor son, Charles Ronald Maggio, with Laura Elizabeth Bourgeois as a passenger, was driving the said Ford car in a northwesterly direction...
