Rudolph V. Bona, who sustained serious injuries when he was thrown from a runaway golf cart, brought suit in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. The defendants were Royce Distributors, Inc. (Royce), the owner of the cart; G. Edward Graefe, the golf professional at and manager of the golf course, to whom the cart had been leased by Royce, and by whom it was subleased to Bona, and James J. Carrigan, who was operating...
