LeGRAND, Justice.

Defendant appeals from judgment sentencing him to serve a term of not more than ten years in the Men's Reformatory following his conviction of uttering a forged instrument in violation of section 718.2, The Code (1966).

Only one issue is presented. It is claimed the trial court erred in overruling defendant's pre-trial motion to suppress certain evidence seized in a search of defendant's automobile and in subsequently allowing the admission...
