ARCHIBALD, Justice.

This case is before us on appeal from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court affirming the Industrial Accident Commission's dismissal of the appellant's petition for an award of compensation.

Margaret A. Norton was accidentally injured on April 28, 1967; however, she voluntarily continued her employment until February 12, 1971, and did not file a petition claiming compensation until May 28, 1971...
