The plaintiff, Mrs. Yvonne Pfister Frey, individually, and as the duly qualified natural tutrix of her seven children filed this suit against the following defendants: Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton Corporation, the manufacturer of a crane in which her husband was killed; Boehck Equipment Sales, Inc., the vendor of the crane and the manufacturer's authorized area representative; eight individual employees of the Gulf Oil Corporation and the Travelers Indemnity...
