This dispute was hatched when the chancellor, Barrick, J., in November 1971, ordered the appellant (Rockville) to deduct $15 per week from the salary of James Gross. He further ordered that checks therefor be made payable to the appellee (Ellen) and delivered to the "Office of the Circuit Court Investigator for Montgomery County."
