Juvenile proceedings were brought alleging A. N., now age three, to be a deprived child and asking that the parental rights to her be terminated. The Honorable Ralph B. Maxwell presided at the hearing on April 2, 1971, at which time the parents, their attorney, and others were present. The State presented seven witnesses and the parents also testified.
