Putting aside peripheral questions, which would be important and perhaps controlling under other circumstances, but one issue need be resolved to determine this appeal. The question is simply whether the regulations of the state of Wisconsin and the regulations of the United States Government which limit the aggregate amount of lending permitted to a single borrower create a cause of action for the benefit of the trustee or creditors of a bankrupt who...
