Defendant, pro se, appeals his conviction on a charge of burglary with explosives. He assigns as error inadequacy of counsel; denial of a speedy trial; insufficiency of the evidence to sustain a conviction; the giving of an instruction on aiding and abetting; suppression of a portion of the bill of exceptions; and the giving of a cautionary instruction on the failure of the defendant to testify.
