This appeal from a burglary conviction involves a violation of a rule of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966).

The defendant was arrested at approximately 12:30 p. m. When first interrogated about the offense by police at headquarters, after Miranda-type warnings, the defendant repeated "no comment" in response to the questioning "at least ten or a dozen times" according...
