REYNOLDSON, Justice.

Defendant appeals his conviction for rape of a 13 year old girl. We affirm.

An extended factual recital is unnecessary. The jury could have found from the evidence prosecutrix left her home in an automobile driven by defendant's male companion on a cigarette-buying errand.
