Appellant was convicted of burglary in the first degree and sentenced to a term of five to six years in the state prison. On appeal he contends that he was denied his right to a speedy trial and that his constitutional rights were violated at his jury trial by the testimony of a witness for the State who commented on appellant's failure to testify on his own behalf. We are unable to sustain either contention and the judgment of conviction and sentence...
