Plaintiff-appellee brought this action to recover past due child support payments which had been awarded by the District Court of Jackson County, Texas, on January 6, 1964. Defendant-appellant herein was plaintiff in the Texas divorce action. Both parties have remarried and for convenience the plaintiff-appellee will be referred to as Barbra or appellee and the defendant-appellant as Andrew or appellant....
