This appeal is from judgment entered on a jury verdict of $30,000 actual damages and $15,000 punitive damages against both defendants Klein and Kay. The action was in two counts, but the jury's verdict was based on Count II only, which alleged breach of an oral agreement by defendant Klein to retain plaintiffs' architectural firm on a certain housing project in Rockford...
