This case is a sequel to Criterion Ins. Co. v. Grange Mutual, 210 Va. 446, 171 S.E.2d 669 (1970) and involves a controversy between two insurance companies. On January 5, 1964 six individuals were injured in an automobile accident involving an automobile owned by Henry O. Mangrum and operated by Thomas C. Burleson and another owned by Fred W. McDaniel and operated by Melvin L. Langfitt. Grange Mutual Casualty Company...
