PER CURIAM.

The defendant was convicted by a jury of carnal knowledge of a female under 16 years of age, MCLA 750.520; MSA 28.788. He was sentenced to a term of 7-1/2 to 20 years in prison.

On appeal the defendant argues that he was denied his constitutional right to counsel at a lineup, citing United States v Wade, 388 U.S. 218; 87 S.Ct. 1926; 18 L Ed 2d 1149 (1967), and that the lineup was so unnecessarily suggestive...
