MURPHY, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The parties to this action were married on July 23, 1948 in Maryland and eventually set up a permanent residence at Gibson Island, Maryland, where they purchased a large home. A second home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was also owned by the parties, both properties being held as tenancies by the entireties. Two children were born of the marriage, a daughter who had become married prior to the institution of the proceedings...
