This is an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, division of domestic relations in a bastardy action.

Complainant filed her complaint on May 6, 1970, alleging that she was delivered of an illegitimate child on May 16, 1968, of which the defendant is the father.
