Plaintiffs Robert and Barbara Rose brought this action against defendants Wyman and Sally Lurvey to set aside and cancel a quitclaim deed and land contract assignment made to defendants of property on which plaintiffs resided. Plaintiffs also sought damages from defendants for certain changes made in the residence during defendants' occupancy of it.
