This is a disciplinary proceeding involving Respondent Joel Rubin, a member of The Florida Bar.

Respondent Joel Rubin was charged by the U.S. government with falsely endorsing United States Savings Bonds registered in the name of Mary Buttice. According to Respondent, a woman claiming to be Mrs. Buttice asked him to redeem them for her for a fee. She gave several reasons for not redeeming them herself, the last of which was that her husband was...
