RAWLINGS, Justice.

Defendant Elvin Gilroy was charged, tried and found guilty of murder in the perpetration of a robbery, premeditated murder, and robbery with aggravation. He appeals from concurrent sentences of life imprisonment on each homicide conviction and not to exceed 25 years for aggravated robbery. We affirm.
