This appeal arises out of an action brought by Wannamaker M. Miller, respondent, against E.J. Dickert and V. W. Rinehart, the appellants herein, for false imprisonment.

The respondent, in his complaint, alleges that the appellants are physicians engaged in the practice of medicine in Newberry County, and that on July 31, 1969, they signed a medical certificate that each of them had examined the respondent and found...
