HARRISON, Justice.

Robert A. Lamar filed his motion for judgment against Thomas F. Smith and Gary Dean Hutton seeking to recover damages sustained in an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict for $25,000 against Smith and found for Hutton. Smith appeals the final judgment entered by the lower court.
