This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Floyd Melcher, from a jury verdict and a judgment for the defendants Boesch Motor Company, a partnership, hereafter called "Boesch," and Ford Motor Company, a corporation, hereafter called "Ford," in an action for damages based upon a breach of express warranty.
