This court granted Mr. Apodaca's petition to review an order of the Court of Appeals which dismissed his writ of certiorari to that court.

We are asked to determine whether a petition for review of a hearing officer's award pursuant to § 23-942 and § 23-943 A.R.S. left at the Industrial Commission's office after business hours on the last day was timely.
