This is a direct appeal from an order entered on October 6, 1970, by the circuit court of Winnebago County revoking a conditional release of the defendant as a sexually dangerous person.

On June 1, 1962, the defendant, Richard Studdard, was committed to the Director of Public Safety of the State of Illinois as a sexually dangerous person by the circuit court of Winnebago County...
