The only question involved on this appeal is the construction of paragraph six of the will of Minnie Noel, deceased. Minnie Noel was the wife of John Noel, Jr. At his death all of his property passed to Minnie as his sole heir. John Noel, Jr. was one of the devisees of the will of his father, John Noel, Sr. who died testate. Minnie Noel died testate...
