On a trial to the jury the defendant was found guilty of administering and possessing narcotic drugs in violation of General Statutes §§ 19-480 (a) and 19-481 (a). The defendant made a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict because the verdict was not supported by the evidence presented. The motion was denied and a judgment was rendered on the verdict.
