This action in equity is an effort to force Westinghouse Electric Corporation to discontinue a wage garnishment upon a valid judgment obtained against plaintiff in the State of Ohio. The effect of the proposed order would be to either force Westinghouse to stand a possible contempt citation in Ohio for failure to comply with the order there obtained or to honor the judgment in Ohio and pay the debt for plaintiff from its own funds.
