This personal injury and property damage action arises from the crash of plaintiff Roy Lee Heavner's truck in North Carolina. In October 1966 plaintiff purchased from defendant Pullman, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina, a trailer and eight new Uniroyal truck tires.
