This matter is before the court on the petition of Allstate Insurance Company to set aside the award of arbitrators and preliminary objections of defendant to the said petition.

On September 11, 1970, Carla Fioravanti, three years of age, was injured as the result of being struck by an uninsured motorist. A claim was made on behalf of the said minor by her parent and natural guardian under the terms of the uninsured motorist provision...
