Two issues are raised on this appeal: (1) Was Bourassa's negligence at least equal to Gateway's as a matter of law and should recovery under the comparative negligence law therefore be denied; and (2) were six rulings made by the trial court erroneous and so prejudicial as to require a new trial in the interest of justice?
