These appeals arise from a condemnation proceeding instituted by the City of Richmond against Old Dominion Iron and Steel Corporation. An award to Old Dominion of $375,000 was made in the commissioners' report, to which exceptions were filed by the City and exceptions and a motion to increase the award or grant a new trial were filed by Old Dominion.
