Plaintiff, Peoples National Bank of Washington, brought this action against the defendants, Robert W. Peterson and Josephine A. Peterson, his wife, to recover upon two promissory notes, foreclose the security, secure a judgment for a deficiency, if any, and impress a lien on certain real property allegedly transferred to others.
