The employer, Martin Young Enterprises, Inc., has appealed from a judgment of the circuit court of Vermilion County which affirmed the Industrial Commission's award granting Raul Zapata, its employee and the petitioner herein, permanent total disability, to be followed by a pension. The arbitrator had awarded 64 weeks total temporary incapacity, as well as 35% for permanent loss of use...
