For decision here is the correctness of an intermediate ruling which denied a motion to suppress evidence (marijuana) with the attack being made upon the legality of the officer's affidavit. These are companion cases with Porter being the party named in the affidavit as having control of the premises and the other defendant having been present during the search at which time a small amount of the illegal drug was found in her pocketbook.
