In this proceeding to hold plaintiff Arthur Puro and defendant Jacob Puro (respondents) in contempt, it is contended that the court lacks jurisdiction to do so because CPLR 5104 was not complied with in that respondents were never personally served with certified copies of the orders they are charged with disobeying.
