Richard S. Zerbey died on June 20, 1969, testate, leaving to survive him his estranged wife, Hannah G. Zerbey, a son, Richard S. Zerbey, Jr., and four daughters, Betty Jean Derrico, Margot Kituskie, Katherine Cundey and Mariann Sikora. His home drawn will was dated November 3, 1969. The will provides as follows:

"I, RICHARD S. ZERBEY, SR., of the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania...
