Margery Wildermuth, a school teacher for the appellant school district, became ill and required hospitalization shortly after undertaking the performance of her teaching contract. She sued the district for breach of contract for not furnishing hospitalization insurance coverage pursuant to the Marana Public School Teachers' Salary Schedule. After a trial to the court, sitting without a jury, she was awarded a judgment in the sum of $589.89 plus costs...
