Defendant appeals his conviction of armed robbery § 40A-16-2, N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl.Vol. 1964).

Defendant raises three separate points for reversal. His first point relating to the trial court's refusal to grant a mistrial when the prosecutor improperly commented in closing argument about the defendant's invocation of his constitutional right against self-incrimination is dispositive...
