This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals sustaining the rejection of claims, 1, 3, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 16 and 181 of appellants' application for "Formaldehyde Block Copolymers and Processes"2 as unpatentable in view of Kirkland et al.
