COYTE, Judge.

This action, based on the alleged negligence of the defendants, was tried to a jury. At the conclusion of all of the evidence the court directed a verdict in favor of defendants Rickie Giauque and Robert D. Giauque and dismissed plaintiffs' complaint as to them. The sole issue on appeal is the correctness of this ruling. We affirm.
