The appellant is a licensed physician practicing medicine in Las Vegas. He was charged by criminal complaint with unlawfully prescribing narcotic drugs in violation of NRS 453.0301 and NRS 453.080(1).2 After a preliminary examination the appellant was bound over to the district court for trial.
