Appellant Ernest Klein appeals from orders entered in the Southern District of New York, Harold R. Tyler, District Judge, which (1) granted appellees' motion to dismiss with prejudice Klein's pro se1 complaint which alleged violations of the federal securities laws and breach of contract; and (2) awarded $600 attorney's fees to defendants.
