SHEPARD, Justice.

This action was initiated by the plaintiff-respondent to quiet title to approximately 51 acres of land located near Stone, Idaho. The trial court entered judgment quieting title to the property in plaintiff and defendants have appealed. We reverse the judgment of the district court and remand the cause for a new trial. As will be indicated, we hold that the evidence is wholly insufficient to support the findings of fact, conclusions of law and judgment...
