Early in the morning of November 30, 1969, Jacquelyn L. Yoelin was shot and killed by her husband, Fredrick M. Yoelin at their residence in Boise. The husband was first charged with involuntary manslaughter; shortly thereafter, the charge was modified to allege first degree murder.
